Red Wizard of Thay? XD Sorry, that was the first thing that came to mind, but she has way too much hair for that to be the case. She looks adorable in the contrasting red and black with her pale skin and white hair. The golden eyes stick out because of that as well. Her outfit is adorable however! It's all translucent and layered yet frilly and no where near practical for puttering around a lab or a dungeon but I love it all the same!
