Half sisters, Daughters of a Grey Elven lord. Grey Elf mage, and Half Elf bard ( the OLD 1st edition bard that was like a tank- this was Advanced Dungeons and Dragons). They had different mothers.
I've played them for many years.
Extensively recolored to match their favored colors, and modded for view.
I think I've seen some of the earlier stuff. It's been years since I've played and I don't think I'll play again. I'll write stories about my characters, maybe.
Wizards of the coast released a few source books for it once they bought D&D. Mostly in the Living Greyhawk Campaign they had going on. However Paizo (who did Dungeon Magazine and Dragon Magazine) still did a lot of articles for it and there is the Oerth journals for updates.
I used to have all of those old books. I stopped playing after the big new 2nd edition with all the new skills and THAC0 20 system. For some reason it became hard to find anything on Greyhawk though there was Forgotten Realms everywhere.
You're welcome. That would explain the Greyhawk flavor about the description. To be fair, even 3rd and 3.5 editions of D&D were default set in Greyhawk (although have fun finding setting books, or pdfs).
the older sister (though she looks younger due to the differences in rates of maturing) is Grey Elf pure mage. The younger sister is half Grey Elf, half human whose mother was a Druid. She is the bard found in the appendix of the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons book, who had to attain 6 levels of fighter, then 7 levels of thief, then achieve the bard levels. It was considered something of an OP class, but anyone who got through the playing the ranks and survived was considered worthy of it.
My old group had a couple of different worlds, mine and my boyfriend's, and we alternated with our characters traveling back and forth. It was rather Greyhawk in feeling because this was the original Advanced Dungeons and Dragons, with some of the second edition added on, perks, etc. The first edition Advanced Dungeons and Dragons was pretty much Greyhawk, though we did not use that particular world.
This sounds Greyhawkish on the description, which area if I'm right? First off, I love the red and black on the full grey elven girl with the golden eyes and and white hair! She's adorable, Rogue or sorceress? The quarter-human (yes no such game thing but still! Best way to describe her) elven girl looks beautiful with the dark burgundy hair and violet eyes. I love this color combination personally! The black and purple with her does bring out the coloration and the roses are lovely. con't
