Wow! The expressions are wonderful, and all the details on the clothing are exquisite. My eyes might be seeing something that isn't there, but is she pregnant? That would certainly add another layer to your story. Excellent work! You've obviously put a lot of work into this!
Thanks, Cygnet94. Yes, I thought the older man could be her stepfather or an uncle, or just a friend from her late father who wants now her heritage. He could have wanted to marry her, but now his plans are crossed, because she married the young man. If you know a good story for it and write it ... would be great. :)
That's right, dude! Defend your lady fair! He means business, doesn't he? The older man on the far left looks like a bit of a lech; was he after her? I love the color and beadwork in this doll, and I can almost hear them clinking. This seems like it'd make a great story.
