I think this looks lovely, Falak! She certainly looks Queenly to me & I don't think the dress is simple at all! In fact, it probably took you awhile just to get the form right! I love the patterns on the skirt, & the embroidery on the overlay! The jewels near the hem are wonderful additions, & that bodice is amazing! Those sleeves are lovely too & you did such a great job on the hair & crown!! That crown part must've been tricky, but you did such a lovely job that it looks perfect! Truly lovely!
This is awesome! Don't worry too much about her looking timid or "simple". She wasn't a queen always, and before she became the Red Queen, she had to pretend being a "good girl" for some time... This dress has GREAT details! :)
Thanks Dragonpony! I think the reason I'm not satisfied is because the Red Queen is supposed to be beautiful but mean. I think I made the dress a bit timid for her personality. But I'm really glad that you like the actual dress design. :)
