I present to you Empress Athaliah of the Shemtir Empire and Queen Elantine of Cendalia! These two (and their countries) despise each other wholeheartedly. (To be fair, Athaliah's mother took over most of Vyrus and ruled with an iron fist...Athaliah isn't much better, even though the Empire only controls Actana now.)
