| Noive is the God of nightmares while Plumest is the God of dreams. The two are brothers created when Serin pulled the wings from a dead moth. Noive is said to be rather seductive yet dangerous, while Plumest is innocent and gentle. Noive once became intimate with one of Serania's sirens, but when he learned she was carrying a child he brutally cut her from the womb. This child would become Chao, the Goddess of destruction. Plumest, however, came of a far more gentle love with the Goddess Lorel who ruled over the knowledge. From their relationship was born Arome, the Goddess of love. It is said that should the two moth wings ever be brought back together men will no longer be able to fall asleep. Offerings are made to both Gods in the forms of moths and mead as a way to beg mercy of Noive and to invite Plumest to visit. |
