Yes the queen does indeed look worried but it is well she has a pebble in her shoe as you can see she is trying to work it out with out exposing her corns. The outfit, I added the flowers to the sleeves for a nice accent and it proved to be a great idea from your comments. Did you notice the trim of the hem of the red skirt? Just thought of little accents to compliment it.
