Okay, she's done. Redone. Finished. Complete. No splicing or photoshop. And, OMG, I'm happy with how she turned out!!! Inspired by Chinese porcelain, of course. :)
"In answer to your question, Your Majesty," says Lady Ming, "I believe that the quality of Compassion is most important attribute for a leader to possess. A powerful individual who has no feeling and care for their people will always become a despot. Not only is this morally and socially deplorable, but it is also politically unstable; there is no way in which a ruler without Compassion for his or her subjects can benefit the country or leave the world beyond its borders a better place."
Lady Ming greets the Queen quietly, in her own shy manner. She has been more demure, at least she believes so, since awakening one morning to find her memories of her past life, and even her name, gone. She was given the name Lady Ming as a nod toward her obvious high station, and the resemblance of her attire to Ming Dynasty Porcelain. Thankfully her personality and disposition appear intact, although she feels herself to be somewhat more cautious and thoughtful than before, perhaps. (cont)
First, my thanks to hopebringer-jem!! I'm quite flattered that you like her; she was my second attempt after my first was lost part way through when my computer stuttered. <3
Hello says the Queen. You are such a lovey maiden to behold. Your question is What do you think is the single most important attribute for a leader? You must answer before Friday to earn the crowns before the end of the contest.
