"Fairy" and "Faerie" are both correct; "faerie" is the olden way of spelling of "fairy" as it is derived from the general term for small magical folk, fae. So in a way, "faerie" is the most correct choice, AnimeMaster.

I've always seen it being spelt "Fairy" but I think "Faerie" and "Faery" is prettier.
