Shazmae is teary as she takes her final walk to the song:Stronger by Kelly Clarkson. It didn't kill me and I am the stronger for it. Growing up in Southside I have seen it all and what I saw didn't kill me but it made me more determined to not succomb to the temptations or the medias portrayal of our community. My brothers death, my cousins suicide, my sisters arrest, my mother's health battle it didn't kill me it made me stronger. The grace and mercy of God alone brought me through.

ZannaKay: Miss Illinois to the rescue! Like Miss Louisiana,she has seen manyfigurative locked behind doors, mindsets of complacency and defeat, poverty, violence, and vices. She wants her lifestory to be a tool of hope to those in her community. I hope she will go far as well.

Oh good! I am glad she brought help for Miss Louisiana. I knew there was a reason I liked Miss Illinois - even beyond her beautiful exterior, she is an excellent role model for behavior as well. I hope she goes far in the contest!

Shazmae rushes to the door. Here security this is where I heard someone screaming let me out. They sounded as if they were breathless, this is a closet though someone moved the sign to say dressing room. The security officer asked Shazmae to step aside and he began to pick the lock. Miss Louisiana was in a heap on the floor. Somebody get an ambulance.

Cygnet: After the gown was designed the name Shazmae filled my heart for this character. You know her story seems to have effected many viewers the same way. Oh yes her family is in the audience and you know I think that so many viewers might be able to relate to her story. Let's see if she has enough crowns to remain in the contest.

Her name fits her perfectly. I love the sparkles on her shoulder, and that inspirational story. Her smile lights up the whole night. I wonder what her mom and siblings think when they see her now. I can imagine them in the audience, smiling.

Miss Illinois shakes her head when questioned about the snitching. Hey I am from Chicago and where I come from snitching can mean stitching so I keep to myself and mind my business but one thing for sure the truth came out and it was unfortunate because she was such a contender for the crown..The Roving Reporter has been asked to discontinue the probe and let the matter rest. He agrees to and takes his seat in the audience.
