Here's the second step. Make the outlines of the skirt. If you wanna skip this step, you can use one of the skirts in the game but it works best in this way. For the outlines, use the pointed leaves (medium and smaller size) and the bones for the bottom part. The bones and the smallest leaves will be the bottom outlines for the folds, so don't make them in one line. Make some of them a little upper and some lower.
