Some beading/pattern work on the top would look nice, you could always incorporate flowers (That's what I do when I don't know where to take a design lol), Maybe adding some vine-type glove/sleeve things? I think that could look cool. It also reminds me of a carnival dress, so you could always take it that direction. Umm...what else...Oh!
