SaphiX, one day someone will come along. I could be today, it could be tomorrow, it could be a year from now but one day there will be someone who will be worthy of holding your heart in their hands.
Don't be hard on yourself Saphi! You're so kind and awesome, and plus no one's perfect we all have our flaws (except Mary Sues (perfect characters with basically no flaws), but in writing we always avoid writing those characters because they don't exist and they don't have the same depth in their personality!) Don't lose your faith in yourself, keep on being who you are 'cause that person is awesome!
I don't know, saphi, she herself looks pretty dubious of the statement that she's perfect. :) Going back to school takes guts as well as brains! Being single... has its perks, but I'd give them up for the right person... I've gotten choosier, though, which I don't think is a bad thing, necessarily. And 30 is good. Being older than that, I'm telling you that 30 is a nice age. ;) You're one of the best people on this site, truly! You should be kinder to yourself than you are. *HUG*
(c) going back to school is really admirable. And being single can be disheartening sometimes, but you never know what life will do next!! Besides, someone as special as you deserves someone equally special. Your guy is definitely out there somewhere!! You may not always feel 'picture perfect' like the girl in this doll, but you are perfect in your own way, and you are going to be perfect for someone one day :) And in the meantime, you are perfect for us on DD!! We love you saphi <3
Beautiful job on the rose bouquet!! She is certainly pretty, but picture perfect isn't always what it's cracked up to be. Besides, I don't necessarily think that there's only one definition of 'perfect'. We are all unique and special, and we're all perfect in our own way. Just because someone doesn't fit the stereotypes, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with them. They're just doing it their own way. Sorry, I'm blathering, but what I mean to say is that I think what you're doing by (c)
