Elegant steampunk = perfection! That tiny little hat (incredible!) > that watch hanging from the long black beaded chain around her arm (I'm assuming it's a watch and it looks awesome) > the black lace ruffles on her other wrist (details, details, details!) > those buckels on her corset (to die for!)... And love the colour scheme! :D
