I love it! Sometimes, you just have to go with what comes into your head. This is actually a very clever color combination. The ruffles at the bottom makes it look like she's spiraling out onto the stage. I think my favorite part is that huge ribbon/cuff-thingy on her shoulder. I would wear that, lol.
I second Inanna and Kanansai- definitely a haute couture vibe here! I love the yellow and black wraparound parts, and the detail at the hem of her skirt is really interesting <3
