8th comemtn and crown for 3rd round of RC win. A pretty crown for a pretty lady under a polka dot umbrella. The downpour of rain is a nice effect. It almost appears that we are viewing her from an automobile and the raindrops aer falling across wthe windshield. Very clever design.
