Kelsa's dress is a masterpiece and a perfect combination of Katniss' and Elsa's outfits. The iridescent effect looks incredible! The top of the dress makes Kelsa looks like she is wearing ice! And the bottom makes her walking on clouds. Seriously I can just sit here and stare into the dress....
