I was gonna make Asa, then decided I'd try to do a kleuréan in the nude to understand their anatomy. This lady would technically be a mermaid-like Bluicean, but let's pretend she's just a generic kleuréan without environmental adaptations. The darker sections are supposed to be transparent, with the hip area being filled with lava-lamp-like goo & the chest area revealing the glowing soulstone within. She's supposed to be glittery/shiny in places & glowing in others, covered in ornate crystalline patterns. Her hair (which should have the transparent energy outline) flows of its own accord as if underwater & radiates pulsing flecks of light, which she can control, similar to Rapunzel's glowing hair. Her face is ringed with a crystalline fan or crest much like that of a triceratops, & the darker gem on her forehead is a mini transparent window revealing the interior workings of her mind. It has various other capabilities that I will not go into here. #KleurenArcus #TheCrystalPlanet :)

I totally understand that. I sort of did the same thing when designing a photosynthetic fairy. I figured there was no way she could get enough energy from food alone to fly. :)

I'm flattered you think so! ^^ I'm still working out quite a bit about how the Kleuréans work; I don't want them to come off too overpowered, but I want them to have more alien characteristics than the Na'vi or humanoid Star Wars aliens. The key thing, though, is function: I want most, if not all, of the alien characteristics I give them to have a particular, non-human function to justify the characteristic's existence. Otherwise it just looks cool, but is virtually pointless
