I haven't figured out all the details yet, but I have an idea for Ursula's backstory that ties in with the magical Caribbean mermaids I've been developing. These will be uploaded separately, with a backstory snippet in each description, once I redo them. Thank you, Lexia!! I never liked the idea of demonizing the entire octopid "race" just because of Ursula & her sister; I like to think there are more octopids who are more human-like, more like Ariel and the deep-sea mermaids :)

These are different stages of Ursula as she transforms, right? They're so cool!! You can really tell the second to the last one in the purple is feeling a sea witch vibe!
