The lovely redhead adjusted her mask & lightly pinched her cheeks for a final touch-up before spinning to face the man who would accompany her to tonight's masquerade. "What do you think, Jack?" she asked, one hand on a hip & the other elegantly poised near her chin, palm down, to frame her face. "..Wha-?" A groggy voice slurred from outside the captain's quarters. In stumbled a drunk Jack, whose eyes shot open upon landing on the redhead. "Th-.. That's was tonight??" The redhead dropped her pose, exasperated. "Jack! Yes, the masquerade's tonight; you're not ready?" He dropped his head to gaze at his disheveled outfit, then jerked it back up & flamboyantly exclaimed, "Don't worry, I'm a-ready!" The redhead cocked her head & eyed him sarcastically. "... Really?" His grin widened. She mumbled glumly, "I know old habits die hard, but I had hoped you were beginning to get past all this." Suddenly, Jack's faux-drunkenness vanished & he winked, pulling out a bouquet. (Con. in comments)

Cap'n Jack looks just awesome! I could recognize him from the thumbnail! I love her dress (and the floral pattern on it with the subtle sheen of silk on it!) and the lace half-mask. She looks certainly like she walked out of the mid-18th century (without the bumrolls). XD I love it!
