I wouldn't say her theme was cyberpunk. She is what You want her to be- there is no 'steampunk colour' and your doll isn't wearing neon colours (at least not on my screen). She looks pretty steampunk to me. I prefer this doll to your remake- she is more unique, more diverse. Steampunk isn't all about brown and bronze with decorative cogs and aviator goggles.
This is pretty, but this would technically be 'Cyberpunk' because of the colors and the style of the pistol. If you wanted to make a more 'Steampunk' doll, don't use black and neon colors.
This is probably in the top five steampunk dolls I've seen! The chains, gun, and spider are all very cleverly made. Also, as someone who is partial to hats, I must say hers is fabulous!
