Happily, the two hit it off right away. They were more or less the same age, respectively for their kind, and were both enthusiastic souls. Indeed, Tiger seemed to be the less buoyant and effervescent of the two... but not by too much; after all, they weren't doing anything wrong, just having fun running around Berlin or wherever acting a bit on the wild and teenage side. Neither was as frivolous or as irresponsible as they appeared, however, and they could take care of themselves quite well.

At barely over 100, Vedika hadn't been considered an adult and qualified to join to a coven for more than a few years, but being so youthful, she was up on all the latest mortal fashions, fads, gadgets, and gizmos. Vedika had already pledged to help with some of the last minute floral details at the wedding, having a green thumb talent like Ynarra's, yet she was more than willing to be put to work earlier amusing, entertaining, and generally keeping out of trouble the naive Oakenling boy, Tiger.

(cont.) Tiger was ready, however, to branch out and explore some of the sights of the mortal world. As long as the Oakenling cousins stuck to the forest and small hamlets, they were fine together, and required no guide, but when it came to the bigger cities, Hawkeye shied away... in addition to being busy with preparations for his wedding which would be coming up very soon. Therefore, obviously, a substitute was needed. The solution came in the form of a very young witch from Isthare's coven.
