She looks rather windy to me with all those transparent layers ^^ I like the colours, too, blue and lavender aren't colours you see together very often. Love the bits and pieces of jewellery, too.

I love this!! ^^ Her outfit is lovely and light, especially with the amethysts and sapphires decorating it! And her healer mark looks fantastic! Tanjia does indeed have windy seasons! It lasts for about three weeks, both around the beginning of spring and the end of summer. ^^
