Happy Birthday, Mytherva! I seem to be using Snow Queen quite a lot these days. Hopefully my D&D skills are improving at least a little. Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful day and a great year!
As I view this gown I appreciate so many detials. The beautiful pattern on the outskirts and the interior faint pattern on the inner skirt is such a lovely combination. I like you chose a scoop neckline as it lends to the sweetness of the overall design.
My sincerest thanks, cosmic!! I was really pleased with the little blue butterflies as well, just a little touch that made me happy. I'm so glad that you like the effect!!
Ohmygosh, this dress is BEAUTIFUL, Saralyn!! *O* It absolutely screams Victorian. The colors are gorgeous & that two patterned skirt is AMAZING!! I seriously love the pattern of the pale flowers with the jewel & the way you separated the two patterns with the pale beads is so well done!! I love the little blue butterfly detailing that you made w/the leaf D&D & the snowflake pattern on the skirt & blouse is dazzling!! The braided hair is so cute & the mask & gold accents are perfect! Just lovely!
This gown is so beautiful! I love the texture/pattern on the underskirt and top, it's subtle but really adds to the doll! That soft floral print looks so perfect and sweet! Beautiful hair and mask as well! (P.S. I think your D&D skills on snow queen are getting really good!)
Thanks so much, saphi!! I should really have more jewelry for a true Victorian feel... One of my teachers once said that there's no such thing as overdone to a Victorian, lol!
