As it happens, Syura has previously been to the Capitol City at the suggestion of her son Kanu, and remembers both its delights and its drawbacks. In her opinion, testing her daughter's impressions of the place is a wise and prudent idea. She congratulates the boy she knew as blue on his restoration and accomplishments, genuinely pleased for him. The witch-woman isn't yet ready to give her unqualified blessing to his union with Syeha, but so far they've each proved their relationship strong.
