Heavily ripped off from... ahem... I mean inspired by, @GingePipsqueak's Blue Flower, although mine is by no means as good as Pip's. Check out her work, please; it's lovely! Oh well, at the least, I got some practice with my shading! :)
Thanks extremely, Chance!!! I really appreciate you taking the time to comment, and Aylatha, thanks for rechecking!! I wanted to try different patterns with the skirt to achieve a similar effect, but... well... I guess it works. :)
Thanks, Aylatha!! I think the bodice came out the best; I spent way too much time trying to make the skirt match, and this was as close as I could come.
Love this colour! My favourite part of the dress are the lacy sleeves, they look amazing. I also like how you only used "simple" jewellery, nothing too gaudy or too big. I also like the texture of the dress, especially the bodice.
Thanks so very much, Mytha and melodydaisy!! I kept the jewelry simple on purpose, because I wanted the main focus to be on the fabric of the dress; I'm so pleased that you like it!!
This is beautiful Sara! I love the colour, it's just so fabulous and suits you wonderfully! The lace look is just fabulous, and you did an amazing job with the shading!!! I love how you made a bit of a smaller dress! The golden earrings and necklace compliment the dress so nicely!
