His people live in a parallel universal version of Pangaea, in what we would think of as the steppes of Central Asia. Their culture revolves around their great horse herds, and the undomesticated cattle that they hunt. As the paradoxical nature of his name, Star Hawk, would suggest, he is a complex man. Currently he is refusing to acknowledge the advances of the woman whom he secretly loves, because he considers her to be too young and something of a spoiled brat.
