The rainbow design look wonderful. Her whole look is really good; she looks fey and dangerous and the tuft of white hair is great.

Thanks (starship)Sally!! It's supposed to have an "oil on water" effect, but I was unsure of how well I managed to convey that. So I'm very grateful for the reassurance!
