Very very sparkly on the dress. I'm guessing it's symbolic of the night sky with the stars and moon lighting it up and giving an easy form of navigating the path. At least that's my take on the whole thing..... Although I will admit the first thought I had in my head was this. ~Blinded by the light, revved up like a deuce, another runner in the night.~
