CONT to relatives,I know parents are not ''the coolest thing'',but they love you no matter what!Just try to stay calm when they are gossiping,but if you cant,then go ahead and answer them,so they know they cant treat you that way,but make it short and smart(like a life lesson),believe me,made few too long responds,then everyone stop listening.Good luck,it will get better through time!:*

Queen,I faint a lot of hot wheather,used to live in a colder part,also have low blood pressure,so,you're not alone,probably every person has minor health issues.The point is,don't worry about it.For the bullies,I had a lot of similar experiences,for various reasons.One thing I learned:they'll always be that way.You can't change it and it SUCKS.what you can do is ignore them,you're above them,any action other than that might make it worse.Since at the moment your friend isnt here,try talkingCONT

I am sick of the school bully's (who we shall call Craig, for that is his name) laughing and joking about things that have really hurt people or bad things that have happened to people, and his homophobic 'jokes' and tendancies. Grr, I've just had enough of him!

K, so I found out today that everybody was laughing about me yesterday and spreading rumours. When I arrived most people had told everyone that I'd fainted, a few people thought I'd thrown up, and one person though I was expelled for doing somrthing horrid to a teacher. It's mostly the school bully and his girlfriend who are doing it.

Oh no! D: I'm sorry this happened. My best friend moved away too, and it SUCKS. My advice: drink a lot of water, like Blue said. Hope this helps! :)

Thank You bluesmooth! <3 This really helps me! I've only fainted once, for a few seconds, after I was canoeing, and this is the first time that I felt dizzy and that my vision went blury. Thank you again, and I will go to see a doctor and rink lots! Thank You! <3

(con.) It took me month to stop belling embarrassed whenever I looked at them. Anyways, the reason why I passed out was that my blood sugar was really low, given that I didnât eat breakfast that morning as I was in hurry. From that I learned to always, always eat breakfast, even if I overslept. For these times I have some granola bars in my bag that I can eat on my way to work. You really donât have to feel bad for fainting, it happens to many people, many more that you might believe. :)

Once I fainted at work not even a year ago. It was horrible. It started with a rustling in my ears until I couldnât hear anything anymore. Then the world went all black and passed out. I woke up a few minutes later to several faces surrounding me that I couldnât recognize, even though those people where my coworkers! My brain was still all blurry, and it took me several minutes to realize who those people were! God, it was so embarrassing! (con.)

I used to faint a lot too when I was younger. The reason was that I didnât drink much. I am going to second Falakâs statement and say that you should stay hydrated, no matter what, even if the Labyrinthitis causes the fainting for you. Labyrinthitis is an inflammation of the inner ear and so of the vestibular system, too. Itâs curable and shouldnât last that long, but you should defiantly visit an otolaryngologist.
