The kiss only lasted seconds but for Faeron it felt much longer. He'd never thought about this before but, suddenly it was just right. With a small smile he plucked the plant from the Arch-mage's hands. "I don't want poisonous flowers all over my face." He said with a smile. Kyne laughed and batted him with the branch. "The flowers on this plant are only poisonous when eaten so unless you don't wash your hands, you'll regret it." The wood elf chuckled, the Arch-mage just kept surprising him.

Kyne laughed, fire in his eyes. "Tis the flower, Faeron." "Oh, is that so? I don't believe you." The wood elven man huffed walking over to the other man. "Even the most delicate flower can kill. Don't let looks fool you for under every rose, there are thorns." Faeron laughed at that, slinking his arm around the moon elf. "Just like you then." The kiss that followed was unexpected on Faeron's part. He'd never thought that Kyne was one for showing any form of affection, especially kisses.

"What are you making this time?" Faeron called over with a grin. "Deadly poison, trying to substitute nightshade for something much better." Kyne replied not looking up from his work. "With a few flowers and berries?" Kyne did look up then with a scowl. With a graceful hand that was covered in a fine blue velvet glove he brandished a branch from the bush he had been picking through. "Which is more poisonous? The berry or the flower?" He asked calmly. "The berry." Faeron replied confused.

Faeron watched Kyne from afar picking through the bushes for pretty aqua coloured flowers and deep red berries. The Arch-mage had quite a way with plants, knowing which part was useless for a potion and which was. It was something the moon elf quite enjoyed he had noted and when he was deep in his "potion-crazy mode" as people had begun to call it, it was best to leave him be. But now, Kyne was humming a sweet tune to himself, picking out the ingredients for his next experiment.
