| "It's Hallows' Eve," the corvids sing, "the night of dark wing-beats. It's Hallows' Eve, my lady Queen, awake from your dark sleep." High in her tower of dark stone, the Raven Queen opens her eyes, stepping down from her alcove like a porcelain doll from her box. A devilish smile taints her lips as her winged friends fly to her open arms. "Come, my loves," she says darkly. "We have a party to attend." I'm here! I know, I know, I haven't been around as much as I should lately, but I couldn't miss the party of the year! Thank you Leaf for hosting, and I'll be lurking around with...is that champagne??? I have apparently abandoned my usual penchant for red wine, but I'm sure I won't be able to stay away for long XD I will try to be around more often, but I've just got a ton going on right now so we'll see what happens.
