| A Víla for @Sorachan, her name Ygnie means fiery one. Víla (Vee-la) is a kind of Dorch Fae, a variation of Sylph. One tells a Víla from a Sylph by the following features: pointy ears (Sylphs's are feathered), very bright almost burning-like yellow, orange or red eyes (Sylphs's are softly glow silver, white or blue) and ashen skin, which sometimes appear to be covered in a flame-like blue fluorescent light. And mostly important, Slyphs do not take physical forms, Vílas do. Vílas have control over wind and fire, and being akin to Sylphs the Lore Keepers of the Celestial Plane, they have a wide variety of knowledge of many things. They are often called upon by magic wielders as a source of sacred knowledge or a mean of message delivering (they are the fastest of all the Faefolk). The majority of Vílas resident with Dorfyns in Seaddhú, but there are always some who prefer to wander around freely. #TwilightRealm #Fae #Air |
