@Amethyst, I do understand the allure of making formal dresses even if they stay in your closet. I once made one that sat at the back of my closet for over 5 years but then when I was in college I was invited to a winter formal and had a chance to wear it. I'd be interested to see what your dresses look like if you ever consider making them into dolls. :)

@Falak, I too have made summer dresses that I wear. But I mostly make formal type dresses that I have nowhere to wear lol. I just enjoy making them^^

@Evenstar, thank a lot!! I haven't seen the wedding dress but I have seem her in other dresses. If there is a style this is familiar to it would be close to hers. It matches my taste in Lolita wear.

Wow, this is certainly beautiful! I love the way you made it, it's a really creative way of constructing a gown! It reminds me of Risa Nakamura's wedding dress. (At least, from what I can remember, it was Risa's....I could be way off. ^_^)
