| Hadria, goddess of the sea, sailors, curiosity, exploration, and the Edges of Rocosia! She keeps sailors from falling off the world into the void. (At least, most of the time. She's easily distracted.) This is definitely more formalwear for her, she would never wear something this fancy regularly. (What is it with me and making outfits that my OCs would rarely/never wear?)
