Awwww!! Gwelind is such a cutie~!! :OOO I am loving her character design!! Especially her hair, with all the braids & the curls!! Her ears are super cute too!! I'm curious as to how you made them!! Cause they are so accurate & SO cute!! I am loving her outfit as well!! ;3; The pinks are so cute on her & THAT BOW!! OMG!! ;3; That bow is so cute!! I love that pop of blue in her tights as well & the purplish magenta is such a lovely accent color!! ;3; SO CUTE!! & her backstory!! <3333 LOOOOOVE!! <3

Despite her misfortunes, Gwelind has always been a bright and buoyant spirit. She loves to play games and explore the enchanted palace - which often changes. When she isn't busy being cheerful and carefree and a bit wild, she assists Pendalia with her magical studies.

Pendalia took Gwelind and the other girls back to her palace and cared for them as best she could. The other girls she'd saved succumbed to the frostbite they'd suffered. Gwelind pulled through, and when she was nearly well again Pendalia offered Gwelind the opportunity to stay with her. Gwelind accepted. Due to the frigid temperatures, Gwelind cannot travel out of doors without special enchanted clothing to protect her from the elements.

Gwelind was kidnapped from her home by people-traffickers. She was still young - similar to a teenager. The men took her and about twenty other girls north in a cage-wagon. A storm caused them to lose their way and they wandered into Pendalia's lands. The Enchantress was alerted to this by a boundary spell she had cast long ago for that very purpose. By the time Pendalia reached the small caravan, the men and most of the girls were frozen beyond repair. (cont)
