Awwwww, what a cutie~!! Her hair is undoubtedly my favorite part in all this!! The short style with those spiky ends is just so cute & the side-swept bangs are beautiful!! I love her outfit as well!! The colors are simply stunning on her & the design of the outfit is beautiful!! I just love the blue sparkled work on her top & at the bottom of her dress!!
