I tried to make a sparkly dress like the ones PinkRobin does, but I don't think it worked. =C does anyone have any tips? I'm keeping the tab open for now

Adding some shading would really help a lot. Use whatever Drag & Drop you're making the sparkle texture with to make highlights. You can try making them a lighter color, or less transparent to increase the contrast. Speaking of contrast, add some areas of darker shading, too. Use the same technique as with the highlights, but make the drag & drops a darker color than those one the rest of the dress. (Does this make sense? I'm really bad at explaining things, I'll be happy to clarify if needed.)
