She looks very fierce, especially with that cool marking under her eye! The detailing, the colors, her hair, all of it looks wonderful together and forms a very complete and interesting looking character. Definitely more alien looking than the usual Sailor Moon characters I've come across, and I love that uniqueness! Of course, I might simply be mistaken, since I know next to nothing about Sailor Moon.

I like the way youve kept the iconic elements of the Sailor Scout design (the skirt and bow) and added original elements like the piping on the long sleeves/tights (and I really like the color scheme on this one)

thanks cosmicrose! it's actually a tattoo which ties back into her culture (not sure how), though it does look like a scar here. I'm really glad you like their designs, When I first made them I wanted them to have a more sci-fi and foreign feel than the characters in the series (including Iron mouse and Tin Nyanko and so on)
