(Okay, so I have to be honest, I have a history for this guy and a basic idea of his appearance and personality...not much else. One of my friends created him originally, but then never finished the details...So he's kinda mine now and I'm still trying to figure out what exactly he's like...so, you may see a few different versions of this guy. Btw, this is a steampunk-ish story, so...yeah XD)
Allow me to introduce Captain Arcelio of 'The Silver Tail' I would tell you more, but not much is known about him aside from the fact that he is one of the most famous sky pirates in Rothrayne. He's not dangerous, but he sure does cause enough trouble to be remembered! He's not too impressed by the impulsive hellcat, Lyric and thinks she needs to learn a couple of lessons in picking her fights a little more carefully...Namely, not with him!
