The Macy's Christmas Parade Committee in New York is seeking a designer for their float for Miss USA and they want you to design her gown for this event. What a golden opportunity for you. The design will be viewed all over the USA by television viewers.

In answer to your question, when I was thinking about how I wanted to design this dress, i'll admit, for a little while I was stuck. But I thought about some of the beautiful flowers that grow in Hawaii and it's tropical climate, so that with the royal blue is where my inspiration came from:)
