Well this is certainly very va-va-voom! The colour palette you have used is inspired, so unusual (original crown I think) and yet I have no idea why, since it works so well! The texture work on the dress too is wonderful, I especially love the work on the top of the fish tail. Gorgeous.
I can't believe how many times I've looked at this and crowned it and I still haven't given it a comment?! The colors are simply spectacular and all the embellishments are supremely gorgeous. The color choices are also absolutely beautiful. <3
