This is so beautiful! The striping on the white part, the way you've used drag and drop makes for a beautiful underskirt and I love that the overskirt goes at an angle, reminiscent of candy canes. The parasol is brilliant too. I adore that you made the cane handle look exactly like a candy cane and the bow on it is adorable. I especially like how it matches the bow around her waist. Fantastic work!
