(Me: Let's make a doll of Avenir and Kestrel! My wrist: Oh, no. Me: *makes Avenir* Okay, let's do Kestrel! My wrist: Nope, I'm out.) So, basically, carpal tunnel got the best of me and here I am with only Avenir. She was fun to make, though her hair isn't quite the right color and I had to make her eyes purple instead of pink. The outfit is heavily inspired by a pin (https://www.pinterest.com/pin/834221530946378871/) which I thought was perfect for her--she's a tailor living in Empiriyaid who makes some of the finest clothing...but for the right price. Her store is located directly next to Kestrel's apothecary, which is why I wanted to put them in the same doll. They have a...difficult relationship as Avenir is always trying to wheedle information out of Kestrel (since she rightly suspects he isn't who he says he is) and his customers "drive away Avenir's business" as she puts it. #ApocryphasEdge belongs to @PinkRobin! ~Gwenn
