| I was so excited when I got London as my city that I made it on the first or second day after the themes were released. I was immediately inspired by Sherlock, and now that the third season is out, this acts as a sort of tribute doll as well. The dress is inspired by Sherlock's famous coat and the scarf is his also. Of course, I had to put the gorgeous Parliament building in the background. I wish I could have included more details, but this took me several hours as it was.
