| He lives in Central City and works as a State Alchemist. His parents are doctors that create artificial organs. Similar to how artificial limbs, or automail, are made, but much more difficult, and delicate. Not every organ can be artificially replaced, but they do their best. While he became a State Alchemist, his twin brother decided to work with their parents. That is until he died. Like many others before him, brought to the brink with grief Junichi broke one of the most fundamental rules or Alchemy, and attempted human transmutation to bring his brother back to life. And like those before him, inevitably failed. And for equivalent exchange, his heart was taken. His parents had found him before the mangled and disfigured failed attempt to revive his brother, and were just barely able to save him, by giving him an artificial heart. After what he had done, what he had made his parents see, he left, devoting himself to the military, and hoped they would never discover what he had done. |
