For @Hestia's #TrialsoftheRainbowSun contest. The citizens of Blossom Valley wear high end modern clothing in orange. All other colors and styles are illegal. I hope this isn't too futuristic, but I was going for kind of a runway meets rave party look. Or something like that. Enjoy.
