From the Lakota Sioux words for Hawk "chatan" and Woman "winyan", after the pattern of Left-handed Woman "chatawinna". The name may be butchered shamelessly, but I gave it a shot. Genderbend of Chatan, a very old OC of mine.
Thanks so much, launing!!! That's one reason I chose to use Chatan for this genderbend. There are definitely not so many Native Americans now as there were in the past, but the Lakota Sioux once again stand at a pivotal point in our history. Peace. Water is Life.
