I agree, MizMickey, not a big fan of bustles or "butt bows" either. Always reminds me too much of gift wrap.

a bustle would be superfluous, but then they're not a great favorite of mine. the precursor of the "butt bows on dresses for brides and bridesmaids. who (except maybe a bean-pole) actually wants or needs a giant bow on her ass???? yes, the bridal party has their backs to the congregation for most of the ceremony, but there are other ways of making it interesting.

Many thanks, Teamtardis and Falak!!! Yeah, I suppose I could have gone a bit more Victorian period and tried for a bustle, but this is an ensemble I might actually wear, lol!
