You know I really appreciate this song and so I am marking this as a favorite. You captured Miss Lauper so accurately. She has a unique style I remember from my youth. Do you know God sees our true colors and He loves us just like we are but thank God he doesn't want us to stay as we are. If any man be in Christ he is a new creature. So this song reminds me of His love for me and His transforming power to conform me to the image of Christ.
